- The hotel will not be liable for safe or timely arrival of packages sent to the hotel by or for individuals.
- It is individual’s responsibility to check that the contents are intact. The hotel accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
- The charges for shipping and receiving are as follows, based on inbound weight per total shipment, the same that should be paid by the participant when they ask their goods at UPS warehouse.
2. When you send the samples/ Package, let us know through which parcel company (DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc.) it will be arriving at the hotel.

Note: Due to limited storage space Samples/packages can only be received by UPS from November the 06th till November the 11th.
